Supermoon & Lunar Eclipse @ Castillo San Felipe del Morro

On September 27, 2015 there was a rare celestial event. We could see the so-called “Supermoon” combined with a lunar eclipse. The super moon occurs when the moon is in the closest part of its orbit to Earth. The Astronomical Society of the Caribbean created an event that you can go to “Castillo San Felipe del Morro” and see the eclipse. It was a very mystical night. Everyone started gathering from 6pm to see the super moon and wait for the “red moon” caused by the eclipse.

I know that there are infinite pictures of the event on the internet. But I still want to make a contribution and this are my photos of the lunar eclipse…
